What we collect

• Waiver information — the names and dates of birth of children in your care, emergency contact details, and any allergy or medical notes you choose to share
• Booking and visit records — party reservations, play sessions, memberships, and check-in history
• Payment information — processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Website usage — basic analytics such as pages viewed and device type

Why we collect it

• To take bookings and process payments
• To verify that a valid waiver is on file before a child enters the play area
• To reach you about a booking, a change of hours, or an emergency during a visit
• To send updates and offers, if you have asked us to

Children's information

Our waiver asks for children's names and dates of birth. That information is provided by a parent or legal guardian, not collected from children directly. We use it only to verify who is permitted to play, to reach a guardian in an emergency, and to meet our safety and insurance obligations. We do not market to children. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run our booking, payment, messaging, and website systems
• Emergency medical personnel, if someone is injured during a visit
• Authorities, where the law requires it

How long we keep it

Signed waivers are retained for as long as we may need them to respond to a claim. Because a claim involving a child can be brought years after the visit, waiver records are kept well beyond the date of signing. Marketing contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message
• Reply STOP to any text to stop messages
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]

We may need to keep signed waivers even after a deletion request, where doing so is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including restricting staff access to what each role needs. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
