Terms of Play

Our house rules. They keep the play maze safe and the day fun for everyone.

Supervision

  • A parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult must stay on the premises the entire visit. We are not a drop-off facility.
  • The supervising adult actively watches the children in their care, including in the play maze, restrooms, and lobby.
  • Children ages 2 through 12 may use the play maze. Adults may enter only to help or retrieve a child.

Socks & Clothing

  • Grip socks are required for everyone entering the play maze, children and adults. Bare feet and regular socks are not permitted.
  • Remove necklaces, scarves, drawstring hoods, capes, lanyards, helmets, and anything else that could catch or tangle.
  • Empty pockets before entering. Shoes go in the cubbies.

In the Play Area

  • No running, pushing, shoving, wrestling, or roughhousing.
  • Climb up the stairs, slide down the slides. Never climb up a slide or on the outside of the structure.
  • One child at a time on a slide, feet first and sitting down. Wait until the slide is clear.
  • Stay in the areas built for your age group.

Food & Drink

  • Food and drink stay in the dining and party areas. Nothing inside the play structure, including gum and candy.
  • Outside food is welcome. No glass containers.
  • We are not a nut-free or allergen-free facility. Guests with allergies are responsible for their own precautions.

Health & Safety

  • Anyone with a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea in the past 24 hours should stay home.
  • Tell staff right away about any injury, spill, or unsafe condition.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. The facility is under video surveillance.
  • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances on the premises. Service animals welcome; other animals are not.

Capacity & Removal

  • We may limit capacity or close areas for safety, maintenance, weather, or private events.
  • We may refuse service to, or remove, anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

What You're Signing

The full agreement is on the form below. In plain language, here's what it covers.

Risk of injury

Indoor play involves real risk, including serious injury. You're confirming you understand and accept that for yourself and the children in your care.

Release and indemnity

You agree not to hold Little Legends responsible for injuries, including those caused by our ordinary negligence. Gross negligence and intentional misconduct are not covered by the release.

Emergency medical care

If we can't reach you, you authorize staff to arrange emergency treatment or transport, and you accept responsibility for those costs.

Photos are optional

Permission to use photos on social media is a separate checkbox. Say no and you can still play — it has no effect on anything else.
